We collect your name, email, phone number, project location, project requirements, preferences, selected inspiration references and any files you attach. Please upload only material you have permission to share, and avoid sensitive personal information.

How it is used and stored

Information is used to respond to your enquiry and manage your project request. Submitted records and attachments are stored in private server storage; this website does not publish uploads or offer public download links. The site owner manages authorised access through the hosting account. Automatic business email notifications are awaiting verified recipient configuration.

Browser storage

Saved design inspiration uses local storage on your browser. Contact details and uploaded files are not stored in browser local storage. Form entries remain in page memory until you leave or reload the page.

Access, correction and deletion

To request access, correction or deletion, use the enquiry form, select Other Custom Joinery and describe your privacy request. The verified direct privacy contact and the business’s full retention policy are still pending. This is an operational notice for the current private site, rather than a completed business privacy policy.
